  I had an outstanding experience with Lindsey at FedEx today! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful throughout the entire shipping process for my meal prep orders. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was packaged and shipped correctly, and even shared some valuable advice that could help me grow my business. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about both their job and the people they help. Lindsey went above and beyond, and her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. FedEx is lucky to have her—she definitely deserves a raise! Thank you again, Lindsey, for all of your help!

  The delivery driver pulled in the driveway, I heard the sliding door open and close. I thought he had delivered my package, but no. So he backs out of the driveway turns around and backs into the driveway lol. So he sits there fifteen to twenty minutes, it was around lunchtime, so I thought he was eating lunch maybe? I didn't know what he was doing. But anyway he finally left, so then I went out to retrieve my package but it wasn't there, no where. Went through the same crap trying to find out what was going on, never did. Imagine pulling into the driveway and not making the delivery and just leaving. I issues with these people every time they deliver something. And still haven't gotten my package.

  Driver left package in ditch area next to road and is now missing. Delivery instructions specified to leave at front door. Delivery photo stated it was left at front door but clearly it was not. I apparently can’t report a missing package since it was delivered so I will continue to post bad reviews until I receive some form of resolution.

  I am furious ! Whoever has been delivering fed ex out in woodford county has been leaving the packages up by the road by the mail box ! Anybody could have picked them up and taken them ! since when does fed ex not exercise reasonable care when delivering expensive packages ? In the future I will NOT purchase products if their only delivery method is fed ex !!!!!

  This place is a joke. Make people work until 9pm Christmas eve. Also having them come in on christmas. No bonuses, no morning breakfast, they get an apple and Bible versus. They don't care about there people. Can't deliver anything right. This place is down right horrible
