  Had to get my passport photos done and this location came in handy. Took me altogether 10 mins to get it clicked and printed. The representative was so nice and took another picture when I requested. Overall good experience!

  I had a fantastic experience ...... I had originally done in order online, and wanted to call to be sure that everything came out properly.. Cindy and Kim helped me the entire way through the process. Customer service was phenomenal. They were both able to assist with figuring out my invitation layout. They were both very patient and kind the entire time. Cindy went above and beyond to get everything correct. Store is extremely clean and laid out very well. I will definitely be returning for all of my printing needs.

  I've generally had great experiences at this FedEx. However, there has been one employee, Cindy, who has prompted me to write this negative review. Last week when I was in shipping packages, she yelled at and demeaned a fellow co-worker who was just trying to do his job loading up the truck with packages. At the time, there were 6 customers in the store, one of whom she was neglecting in favor of chastising this co-worker. Today, she shipped a package for me that had a pre-paid label but insisted to use tape and/or even a small square of bubble wrap would cost $4.99. She could have said this nicely, but instead was rude and dismissive. Very disappointing customer service.
