  I recently flipped my riding lawnmower and landed on my spine, but needed to get a package shipped. I called and Isaac answered the phone and when I asked if anybody could please come out and help me with the package, he did not give me grief or make me feel bad for needing help. He said he would be right out and he came out and got the package for me. Very, very nice young man and very appreciated!

  Very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. I came in to send important international documents, not commercial goods, but I was told that EEI was required and was directed to contact the FedEx International Office instead of receiving clear help in the store. When I tried to create the shipment online, the system kept asking for an invoice, even though this was a document-only shipment, and I was not given a clear explanation. I left without being able to complete the shipment. I then went to UPS with the exact same documents, and they processed everything immediately without any issue. For an important international document shipment, this FedEx location was confusing, unhelpful, and frustrating. I would not recommend it for time-sensitive international shipments.

  Gave them some pokemon to ship 1350 dollar order and they got busy. I kept telling him to pack it good and he just screwed me 100 dollar reimbursement too maybe on the phone for 30 minutes and still on hold. Do not go here go somewhere else, box stop is amazing!!! These people suck
