Very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. I came in to send important international documents, not commercial goods, but I was told that EEI was required and was directed to contact the FedEx International Office instead of receiving clear help in the store. When I tried to create the shipment online, the system kept asking for an invoice, even though this was a document-only shipment, and I was not given a clear explanation.
I left without being able to complete the shipment. I then went to UPS with the exact same documents, and they processed everything immediately without any issue. For an important international document shipment, this FedEx location was confusing, unhelpful, and frustrating. I would not recommend it for time-sensitive international shipments.
