  Not so great customer service at this location. Was told 1 price and then went in store and was told something totally different. Then came back to ask about another product and the prices were pretty crazy. But she also didn't know how to answer some questions about her own job.

  I can’t say enough about these guys. When I ever have a problem with my phone, they will take the time to show me how to set it up or fix it. Special shoutout to Karmie today for fixing a list of 4 problems!

  Cricket is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I was told TWICE that i would be refunded EVERYTHING if i returned my product within 7 days EXCEPT for the $25 activation fee which i was fine with. I returned the phone three days later where they told me I ONLY get refunded for the phone and not the first month service charge. I told them that I was told TWICE that i would be they told me that I could call customer service. I go right out to my car and customer service where the lady proceeds to say “stop talking and let me speak” while I’m trying to explain what happened. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! She then proceeds to say “well lady we don’t have any control call a manager”. Richmond Rd. is so small that they don’t have a manager there at this moment. I proceeded to call Nicholasville Road and the man who was the manager proceeded to tell me “it sounds like you talk to somebody who didn’t know what they were talking about. Read the back of your receipt”. NO ONE IS CONCERNED ABOUT DOING RIGHT BY A CUSTOMER. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! Cricket if you want to comment under this review “let us know how we can make this right” just go ahead and give me a refund otherwise take that BS somewhere else!

  The guy had no idea what he was talking about and apparently they dont have a corporate number. Trying to charge me to fix the fact that they gave me a phone number that was already in use. No thank you.
