  I find it CRAZY when people view their mobile plan as some sort of status symbol. My family has been on Cricket for 7 years and our 3 lines with unlimited data is around $100/mo. Additionally, we needed to go into the physical store for a new phone and had an excellent customer service experience. I don't remember her name, but it was her birthday and she most definitely exceeded expectations had the skill to navigate through our problems, and did so because she could not because she had to.
