  I like that they always have the parts I need. But, if the employees are standing around chatting, you have to ask for help That's why I don't give them 5 stars

  Not from here but when we come through, we only stop at this store for anything we need car related. First time it was raining, I had flat tire & gentleman working was pretty rude. But his co-worker whom was already in middle of helping another customer spoke up & offered for me to use his jack; even walked it over to my car on other side of CircleK. He truly went out of his way; im sure he could read the stress written all over my face. Then just the other day I stopped by for some coolant; both gentleman working were nice, I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door (even though they were kinda hidden behind the registers. LOL) and the employee whom checked me out also walked over to hold the door for me as i was leaaving; which again, he didnt have to and i felt like he went out of his way to do so and it was greatly appreciated !! Some people truly dont realize how far a nice gesture, compliment, or even a smile at someone else can flip their entire day upside-down for the better !! 🙃 😃 Thank you Advance Auto !

  Bought the more expensive brakes and rotors here. They came with a life time warranty. They both went bad in less than 4 months. When i tried to bring them back to the store i was told the warranty only includes defects. When i said after a few short months i would say thats defective. They refused and i had to purchase then again.
