I gave this place a one star for the simple reason that loaner tools are called loaner for a reason when I rent the loaner tool and then bring it back I should get my money back not my money put on a merchandise card regardless of how long I've had said tool. If you're going to do that you might as well not even have a loaner tool section just make the people pay for it and they can keep it

Younger man at the checkout told my husband not to pocket anything when asking if he could check the part before buying.. get home and it’s the wrong part. Always an issue with him, in the past I had gotten a part that had a crack in it, same boy said it was installed wrong after asking to exchange it.

Overall pretty good for the price. The part fit correctly and worked as expected after installation. Shipping was fast and the quality seems decent so far. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the instructions could’ve been a little clearer. Other than that, no major complaints.
