    We stopped here while on duty between runs (EMS) As soon as we walked in the door the younger Indian guy had an attitude. He treated us as though we were an inconvenience to his day, even though the place was absolutely empty! Needless to say, we won't be back!!!

    Warning! ‼️ Never go to the subway in Lawrenceburg Eagle lake Worst sandwich I have ever gotten!!! We order and paid for 2 but they only gave us one and said the second didn’t come through but it came out of my account. We used the app to get the 6.99 foot long. The owner didn’t want to honor the discount so he cancelled the second sandwich. When I called him to ask about the second sandwich he said “you can only have one” and hung up! Then he did not put anything on the sandwich. WORST STORE Really bad customer service

    I placed a couple orders and used a discount. Went to go pick up our dinner and only one sandwich was made. I asked where the other ones were and he asked for my phone. He pointed at where they were cancelled and he was physically shaking he was so mad. I asked why they were cancelled and he said he didn’t know. It clearly said he cancelled the orders. I asked him why he cancelled them and he said because I used too many coupons. There were 3 of us paying separately. So obviously I used the coupons. He is an Indian guy and he was so mad his face was red. It was the strangest interaction I have ever had. He was so mean and angry. He was complaining how the other store at Walmart doesn’t take any coupons and all of us in Lawrenceburg go to his store to use the coupons. He said he can’t wait for someone to buy his store so he can leave here. I would never go to this subway again simply because I have never been treated so horribly in my life.

    So typically we go to this location every now and again. Never had any issues. We will pre order and pick up our subs. The website was glitching and wouldn’t let us add a kids meal on tonight for our two year old. Last time we ordered through the website it worked just fine picked it up with no issue. Walked in tonight and our subs weren’t made yet. Asked if they could please add a kids sub meal on. I was informed they don’t offer kids subs & I said I just ordered one recently with no issue from this location. I said you can just make what we pre ordered then I’ll tell you what I’d like on the other sub. Waited & when done went up to the counter & the subway employee started ranting about how people are cheating the system and ordering kids meals online and taking things from the fridge. Essentially eluding to the fact that adults are ordering kids meals. Refused to provide me with a kids sub meal & proceeded to charge me almost 8 dollars for a turkey & cheese 6 inch sub on white bread which my two year old won’t even finish or eat all of. It was terrible customer service & disrespectful. The meal is for my two year old and like I said one was provided just recently with a drink & applesauce which comes with the meal. I don’t know why tonight was suddenly different & I was made to feel like I was stealing something. I don’t know if I will go back to this location as it was extremely inappropriate and not how I want to be treated when I am already a regular paying customer.
