  Subway has gone downhill. Sandwich was subpar for 18 dollars for a foot long I would expect better - franchised have gone bonkers with price gouging everyone.

  I did an online order for a turkey sub and paid Extra for bacon And I didn’t even get that on my sandwich, but not only that when I took a bite, it literally tastes like chemicals. I thought at first maybe it was just the one bad bite, but it is absolutely terrible

  Yesterday, 4/9/26, I purchased a 6” tuna sub on white bread combo, only to discover after I arrived home and opened the sandwich, I discover long black hairs inside the sandwich packaging. I called the store immediately to complain. The person answered the phone said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve reached out to Hopskinville department of health to file a formal complaint. I took pictures of the hair and my receipt!
