Lucas did a great job and was very professional despite him being short handed on staff on this particular day he worked diligently to make sure everyone in line got their food in a timely manner. Great experience
So. I asked for a cup for water and the friendly cashier went to find a cup. They were out so the cashier was going to hand me a cup and the manager or trainer (not sure) says charge me a dollar for the cup. I reacted by saying you are going to charge me for a cup for water since you ran out? The manager/ trainer says “those cups cost 3.00.” I said come on man, don’t lie to me about the cost. Go ahead and charge me the dollar. The cashier then rings me up for 3 dollars plus and hands me the cup. No receipt. My bank notified me of the transaction. I finished my lunch and left. Very disappointed with the leaders solution to a simple problem. I understand calling him out for lying probably embarrassed him, but I assure you it was all organic and a pure reaction to his lack of integrity. More training for the manager and an apology and I will gladly change the review to 5 stars. Sincerely Tom PS I was smiling and laughing not yelling at your employees.
Stop here frequently on Monday mornings on my way out of town. Lucas is always hustling keeping the line moving: making sandwiches, checking people out, and restocking. Couldn’t ask for a harder worker or better service.
Huge shoutout to Lisa (the lady with the red hair)! The place was super busy, but she kept a great positive attitude, joked around, and treated me nicely the whole time. She made my cheese steak exactly how I wanted it. Lisa is amazing!

Wow. Are these gentlemen miserable. I just wanted a side of tuna salad with some onions and peppers. Every step of the way was push-back. He said, “Well, then you do want a salad.” I told him no. That I wanted tuna salad but no lettuce. He put some onions in the bowl, and I asked for peppers. Then I asked for a little bit more and he said you’ll have to wait for the next guy to give it to you. He had two full bins of onions and peppers and there were two people in front of me. He was the only one keeping me there. I said OK then I’ll just pay for it. He just stared at me and then asked to help the next customer. So then I went up to the register and he came to ring me up. All he had to say was I’ll ring you up at the register. Communication was terrible, and I left feeling even worse. I’ll be here the next two weeks and will want to get the same thing but probably won’t because I’m little bit angry. It’s called customer service. I’m in the same service. I try to be as accommodating as I can. Is it too much to expect the same?
