  There is a kid working there by the name of Henry and his customer service skills are absolutely non-existent. We made a delicious soup and wanted to purchase bread rolls of the herb and cheese which we do about once every few months. He said I'll sell them to you but I'm going to have to charge you $3 each because he would have to make more if they ran out. I did let him know that I normally get charged the price of a soda and he said that he's permitted to mark up the price of the bread to $3 a loaf because he's in charge. I did not want to argue with a child So I let him take care of the next gentleman in line. His a cocky, rude attitude was all I needed to decide that we are no longer going to spend hard-earned money at the subway. Which really sucks because we eat there two to three times a week and we're a family of 5. I should have read the room and realized that he was definitely not in the mood to deal with customers when I walked in and he was making me wait while he was randomly wiping down objects and told me he'll be with me shortly. I stood there for a hot minute And patiently waited .Not quite sure if he was having a bad day or if he is just naturally born to be rude and lack people skills. But I work hard for my money and I know that I'm paid to smile. I'm paid to be friendly. Unlike Henry, I enjoy treating people with respect and kindness. There is many of people that are dying for employment that would definitely take his spot if working at Subway makes him that miserable.

  Its very clean, very quiet, relaxing environment and 2 can dine for 99.99 sometimes. And I hate when the card scanner straight up calls you out for a tip. Front and center screen prompt, like we are not moving forward until the matter of the tip is worked out. Not that I don't want to tip, I don't want to be begged for tips, We are being conditioned to just tip everybody right? Consider this tip..lower your prices, banana peppers aint that expensive, then maybe see more tip!
