  I recently purchased a phone from cricket. Paid $275.00 for the phone. I had it 11 days and the screen Just went black. It wouldn't come on by the home button...but yet it only comes on to receive a call. Long story short, I went up there about the phone, remind you i've had it 11 days. The lady just reset my phone and that was it. She told md there was nothing they could do. I could pay a $130 deposit for another phone. Or call the warrenty # for the phone. She even sent me to gadget patchers next door, just to get me out of her hair. That place is the worst customer service ever...why would I want to do any of those options when I just bought the phone. How abojt just give me a refund
