Sent me junk mail that looked like a check. Made me open this perforated envelope just to find an ad. Deceptive waste of my time.

Prices go up 20, 30, 40% yearly even with zero claims. The agent told me the poor company lost money a few years ago. As if I was a shareholder and not a customer. Turns out the compant has made record profits—tens of billions—in the past couple years according to filings, but he had no other excuse for absurd rate increases. Find somewhere better than Allstate, maybe somewhere that potentially cares about its customers and community.

My husband and I have been a customer for 20+ years. I can speak with Phil, Rita or anyone in the office and get excellent, professional, and friendly service.
I really appreciate the service I received from Jessica at Allstate. She was helpful and quick to answer all my questions. She reached out personally to let me know that my rate was eligible to be decreased prior to when my plan would be up for renewal in April. I really appreciated the opportunity to pay almost $50 less for my insurance each month.
