  My daughter and I was out here shopping at Walmart with my 4 grandkids they wanted something to eat so we came to subway which we have done plenty of times before on Sunday I came in I placed my order and I asked the younger lady working is she could cut one of the pizzas in half and put into separate boxes bc my daughter has a set of twins and they don’t eat much and they like to fight so to keep them from fighting we separated there food which we have done before anyway she rang me up and for the price she read off something wasn’t right so I looked at the receipt she charged me for a whole pizza for a empty box which is crazy I didn’t mind paying for just a empty box but to charge me a extra $7.49 cents for a empty pizza box’s is ridiculous I ain’t never in my life with that being said which out at this subway always get you’re receipt and look at it bc you never know what there charging ppl

  The best subway ever! Worker was really cool and polite. The sandwich was really good and hit the spot during my long road trip. This was much needed!

  This is the worst customer service I have ever received at this subway, Winston and Steve were very rude and disrespectful. Winston refused to serve me because he has been busy all night, hell it’s a subway in a truck stop. The other lady that works nights by herself always waits on the customers. I know he has downtime in between customers and can break then. I will never return to this subway again and will let everyone I know not to patronize it either.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. I work in the area and always go to this Subway! It is in the gas station so I can literally get everything I need, but the best part is the people that work in the Subway! The food is always perfect, clean and all of the food looks good behind the counter. It looks good because all of the staff that works there when I go is incredibly good at their jobs! They are nice, professional and good at what they do. They all deserve raises because this is by far the best Subway in Kentucky and probably the absolute best Subway I've been to. All of the people there deserve raises and I will always go to this Subway!!
