  Don’t bother looking at the UPS rates for shipping and insurance online, as this is a FRANCHISE location that charges the maximum they can at your expense. Had I generated my label online, I would have paid 1.70 per 100.00 for insurance, but unbeknownst to me at the time, this location charges 5.00 per 100.00, which more than doubled my shipping charge. Will never use a UPS Store again, and probably won’t use UPS in general anymore…at least USPS is consistent with their pricing everywhere. You may gouge people once, but you’ll lose out in the long run by losing customers. Horrible customer service.

  I have to give this store 5 stars across the board one affordable and the guy who took care of me there was AWESOME 😎👍 he made me feel appreciated and treated me like he already knew me as a person 37 percent cheaper than the post office faster delivery time so I highly recommend them they take care of business but treat you like a friend hard to find that these days they were busy and still took the time to care AWESOME 😎👍 THANK YOU

  Very appreciative that they were open with a notary on a Saturday. Disappointed in the pricing of the notary and copies. The bank was much cheaper, but not open this specific day and time.

  This store location has such friendly, engaging and welcoming service, but most importantly they do so well at assisting with amazon returns when I cannot figure out the instructions. They immediately wanted to help and were very patient with me when returning multiple items with seperate return labels. That lowered the stress that comes with returns!!
