Wingstop in Florence, KY never disappoints! The food is always top-tier—fresh, hot, and packed with flavor every time I order. The wings are cooked perfectly, the fries are amazing, and the sauces are always on point.
What really stands out is the management team. If something isn't quite right with your order, a manager is quick to step in and make it right. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. Excellent food, excellent customer service, and a team that genuinely wants you to have a great experience. Highly recommend!

I called today at 11:30 5 times they kept putting me on hold wouldn’t pick up I showed up to order in person there was 3 workers and none of them would answer the phone.
I’m an Uber driver and the workers at the one on Glenway ave say that the order is ready even though they are still working on it. So it makes us drivers look bad. It’s been so long that the order is not even on the screen anymore. Oven been here 20 months. Terrible service for Uber drivers

I went in for carry out on 5/13 right before midnight and the younger guy that was working deserves a raise. His customer service is amazing, I had to wait a bit for my food because I got there early and some of the people he had to deal with were ridiculous but he handled it so well.

Picked up my order, brought it home, we were missing all of our sauces which I had paid 5$ extra for, ok little frustrating but it’s only 5$ and we had some leftover sauce cups from past meals in our fridge so we just used those, I open up my fries and most of them were so burnt that they weren’t edible, they were hard as rocks. So we call about getting a refund instead of going back up there because they close in the next 10 minutes and we live about 20 minutes away, the cashier (wouldn’t tell us his name by the way) claimed to be the manager, kept burping into the phone, telling us to just come back instead of offering a refund, we explained that it’s too far and we just wanted a refund for our missing items and the fries, asked my name and I told him, started purposely mispronouncing my name and making jokes about it, I called him unprofessional and kept pushing for my refund, he kept making jokes and making sounds / cursing into the phone. He finally said ok I’ll give you a refund, ok cool thanks, I hang up. He calls back and leaves a voicemail pretending to be someone else and keeps making sounds into the phone and making jokes about us and our messed up order, then says he won’t give us a refund and hangs up the voicemail. I wish there was some way for me to upload the voicemail recording but that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional, I am a healthcare worker and I had just gotten off of a very stressful shift and wanted to treat me and my partner to a late night meal before we went to bed since it was the only meal we would be having for the day, and were greeted with this. EDIT: it is now a week later and we are still getting calls from the same employee, early in the morning and sometimes late at night, not every day but every other day. I contacted the higher ups and got my refund and a credit but nothing is being done about the harassment.
