  The highlight of this location is its service! Came in on a Friday night around 11 PM I ordered through DoorDash and expected my wait to be very long . Compared to other Wingstop locations, this location was very brief efficient. the staff was very friendly and kind . The gentleman that Curated my order was Latino, and he was working hard as well as the rest of the kitchen. The best experience I’ve had at a Wingstop location in the northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area. It is so refreshing to see hard-working, efficient employees that take care of you with a smile on their face ! Thank you, Florence Wingstop for making my experience unforgettable. I will be back. I recommend this place to any one that is yet to try Wingstop in once a great experience !! 5/5 ⭐️

  I’ve had the best wings and cheese fries at this restaurant; the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve visited other Wingstops in NC, and this place has been the best.

  I think it’s very nasty they don’t wear gloves. The red head manager is rude and turned her back to me every time I tried to ask for my drink but gave everyone else that was still ordering theirs. Also touched all the chicken before cooking it and then just went to making fries without washing her hands or anything. While she made our fries with no gloves also she was finger picking them and eating as she was giving customers food. I was fine before I ate here and I’m now sick. Will not be coming back here ever again.
