  Very disappointed with this store. The UPS website clearly states USPS picks up packages here, yet Rebecca insisted “that’s UPS policy, not this store’s policy” and refused to help. Alex was also very rude. Felt like I was lied to directly instead of getting an honest answer. Definitely not professional customer service. On another note the ladies at the UPS store in Oxford Ohio have been the opposite very friendly and helpful.

  Store claimed in person that it cannot offer a return label to be paid for and printed and put inside of a package. however everywhere online This is obviously easy to be done and so I went to buttermilk UPS and they did it without issue. Last time I'll be at Florence.

  If I could give 0 stars, I could. I wish I would've read the reviews before wasting my time going into this UPS Store for notary services. I approached the counter when the associate asked what document I needed notarized. After looking at the form, she said, "We don't do those." The document is a form requested by my car insurance company to become POA for MY car that was recently totaled in an accident. The lady at UPS said, "Our boss won't let us do those because we have to verify the odometer reading is correct." I told her that she didn't need to verify the odometer reading for MY car; the form literally says that I (THE OWNER) attest that the reading is accurate to the best of MY knowledge. Her job as the notary is to confirm that I am who I say I am when signing my signature on that paper while verifying my ID with my drivers license. Such nonsense... If they don't want to notarize documents, then they need to remove it from their list of services. I have gotten many documents notarized before, car title transfers and other forms, and not one time anyone had to verify anything other than MY identity and witnessing ME sign the form in front of them.

  The staff is amazing. They are faster than any of your competitors. I don’t use any other service and I don’t go to any other location. Please don’t change a thing.

  The girls in the store are always very pleasant and helpful.
