I ordered doordash from this location and never had a problem with the marinara meatball sub at other locations but this one as I open the bag is a had a soured smell and discolored and when I called it took 10 times before someone answered but she kept saying she couldn't understand and hug up really quickly and didn't answer the phone again

I’ve placed a mobile order and I was charged for it, when I arrived at the restaurant I showed them that I have a mobile order and they said that they don’t have anything in the system for my order, I showed them the order confirmation and that I was charged for the meal, the manager started arguing with me saying that I should pay for the order, which I did. He ended up giving me my sandwich but not the drink and cookies, I showed my order confirmation again and repeated that I was charged, he said “NEXT TIME you need to pay for ur order” I ended up leaving with only sandwich and bad mood after spending my 30 minute lunch break arguing over a meal that I paid for.

Bad customer service
I won't come back to this location. The last 3 sandwiches I ordered from this location have been wrong. I select the "more" option for sauce, there might be "light" sauce if any all. Tonight's had none. The bread was incorrect, and toasted when I ordered not toasted, no lettuce when I ordered it. And no, it wasn't just out, because my husband's sandwich had lettuce on it. The only thing that is consistent is disappointment.

The guy working there is a jerk. He doesn't know how to make a chicken bacon ranch and mad because I want him to put the rotisserie chicken thats listed for the sandwich. Even got an attitude with my 11 year old son when we regrettably came back.
