  I usually receive excellent service from Caleb at this location but today I got Crystal. Crystal states she was not “privy” as to why my 2 day package I sent one week ago had not reached its destination nor did she care. She did not a thing to ensure me that my package would be ever reach its destination. I asked her if there was anyway she could call and find out a status and her response was “I don’t call, I transfer”. Poor customer service. I made it clear this package was important to me and she cared nothing about that. I understand the holidays are among us so her tone, lack of information and her standing on not going an extra 1/4 mile to help me out is what this 1 star review represents. Do better Crystal. I see she has some kudos from past customers - but with me today she dropped the ball.
