  The manager, Amy, was very helpful with processing an international shipment for me and ensuring my documentation was in order. Her assistance was very quick and very well done, and my customer also appreciates the speed of service. Thank you!

  FedEx delivered a package from a retail store with a large hole in the side of the box. The retailer provided a shipping label for the return, but FedEx refused to take the return due to the hole in side of the box and refused to comp a new box. Quite frustrating to be made to pay for something that FedEx did themselves

  The assistant manager I worked with was professional, quick, but also very friendly. I even messed up what I asked for and they were very accommodating to my mistake. It was very appreciated after a rough day of errands elsewhere!
