Heather helped me 1st at the Dixie location. I lost my phone with other company Need to keep this number for important things. She was able to help me get a hold of my carrier for the port information. As it was like pulling teeth, it was a 3 day process. Which I meet up with Heather at different locations to get the process closer to completion. I am grateful for her patience and knowledge to help me.
