  We had a fantastic stay with a great room but the highlight was Mackenzie’s amazing service. She was thoughtful, professional and went the extra mile by providing some complimentary refreshments and pleasant humor.. Thank you for such a memorable evening!

  Had a great experience at Florence Best Western! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Fed from housekeeping—he did an amazing job and really made sure everything was clean and taken care of. Everything is so close. Like you have the airport you have Cincinnati and you can get a good night's sleep in a CLEAN bed!! Anything we need we could count on Fed to take care of us even if it wasn't exactly his job, he made sure we had what we needed. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about making guests feel comfortable. Great job, Fed! We definitely appreciate the hard work! Will come back!!

  I had an excellent experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service was outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Abby for her exceptional customer service. She was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

  The rooms have been recently redone, and you can tell there was effort made. However, there are some finishes that should have taken place with trim work and caulking, et al. Also, room 119 is missing the toilet paper holder and that seems like a basic thing that every room should have. The breakfast area is a bit too small, but you can tell there is effort made. The front desk staff were pleasant.
