Functional location for quick shipping, package drop-offs, and basic printing. Store wait times can fluctuate depending on the time of day, but the counter staff handles drop-off processing directly and accurately.

My husband and I stopped in here and returned a couple of Amazon items about two months ago with QR codes. I handed over the item, held up my phone to show the code, he handed us a receipt and we left. Stupidly, some time passed and I misplaced the receipt. I've never needed a return receipt for absolutely any purpose because I thought I could trust people (hah! 🤡🙄) to do their jobs and be truthful.
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Amazon specifying that I was going to get charged for this specific product that I had already initiated the return for, and give them to the UPS location in Elizabethtown, because I did not return the product. I was immediately shocked because I stood there with that product in my arms and handed it right over to the young man on the opposite end of the counter.
My husband called up to this UPS location and after several rings someone answered. He explained the situation to the person on the other end and they were really dry and asked if we had kept the return receipt. Of course we hadn't, because this was something that had been returned weeks prior anyways.
She specified that she would try and look for it in the system and for my husband to send her an email with a picture of the original QR code and product that we had had from amazon. He did. Nary a response or acknowledgment. He tried calling back up there a week later and they had absolutely no answer for him at all again.
I forgot with today's world you can't rely on people to be honest and not steal your stuff for their own usage, at your own expense. So, now Amazon has charged me for a product they specify was never returned. Avoid this UPS location if you want to rely on honesty, or thinking your returns, packages and mail in general are going to get taken care of in an honest manner.
