  ​I came into the UPS Store needed help finding the right size box for a tricky item, and Tara was absolute perfection! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to figure out the best solution for me. Fantastic Customer service!

  Come to this store pretty often and the staff here are always helpful and nice even when they are packed and people are lined up out the door. Will continue to do service here.

  Callielynn was amazing! She submitted our insurance claim without a hitch. She communicated the steps and took care of it all. Easiest claim ever! Our check arrived in the mail within the next week. Thank you, Callielynn, for your exceptional customer service!

  I come to this UPS Store pretty regularly, and I can honestly say the customer service is always great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about helping you. I usually try to come in during the morning because the ladies working the morning shift are absolutely incredible. They’re always polite, patient, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. I’ve come in during the afternoon as well and have had the same kind of great experience. I do have to give a special shoutout to Shelby, though. She is hands down the best! She’s always in a great mood, incredibly helpful, and makes you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. She’s a huge reason I keep coming back to this location. There are plenty of places you can go to ship a package in Etown, but the people here are what really make the difference. I would highly recommend this UPS Store just based on the customer service alone.
