With a chain restaurant, you should be able to expect some level of consistency across the board. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and had it toasted. It was toasted just to the point of being burnt bread and the steak was so tough you couldn't even chew it. I ended up pitching most of the order in the trash. This is the second instance of extremely poor quality. The subway quality and this location in particular has really gone downhill.

Food fine. Veggies kept too cold so they have frozen spots. But the service..... Eric... Or at least he had a hat with that name on it... Oh my goodness. This child has no business being in any kind of customer service role. He belongs back in Mamma's basement playing Fortnite. He kept complaining about the drive thru orders and telling me that sometimes he just makes them wait until they walk in. I mean it was constant complaining about doing his job... Then he asked me to cut my sandwich at home.. I told him no I am taking kids out on a boat, I need him to cut it... He was bad.. and then they had him trying to train this poor kid... This kid was trying to hurry up and do his job but he was limited by this Eric kid.. this poor guy kept looking at me apologeticly. In case the guy had the wrong name tag on he was a little on the heaver side with dark hair.... Man... He is really bad for the company....

The bread I got was old and very dry
I ask to have my sandwich cut into 4ths and wrapped Individually and as I hot into the sandwich I realized she had cut into 4ths and the wrapper it was wrapped in came apart 😅
Oh well I learned a lesson not to go back here as this has been the worst subway that I have been to
