  sandwiches are always on point and really fresh. Staff also very kind and didn't skimp on the toppings

  This place has horrible customer service. The workers from Powell Valley mill only get a 30 minute lunch, most of the time you can't get through on the phone to order your lunch. Then get to the store and the subway worker is outside talking to people in the parking lot and is the only worker on duty.
