  Served by 4411 5/5/2026 5:21pm . So every time I come here it’s the same old thing. You sit for ever in the drive through and the moment i decide to drive off then they wanna come a take my order. Then when I get to the window the little girl working is so snobbish and hateful. They all look like they hate there jobs a life’s it’s depressing. On top of the fact you wait an hour to get your food. Staffing is done wrong or something. But when the girl comes to the window to finally give me my food she so rude. Do people not know how to say your welcome after some says thank you. Hope she gets some act right .

  Placed an online order to use an app only coupon. I specified exactly how I wanted the sandwich made in the spot for special instructions and it was not made that way. Ordered two Philly steak and cheese. I wanted the steak and cheese heated but both sandwiches had ice cold meat on them. Employees need to take the time to read the instructions on online orders.

  Came here when it was empty, both employees up front were making a sandwich for their friend, one sandwhich, took two employees? The one girl was just standing there talking to the guy making the sandwich and both were laughing and joking and just goofing off with their friend. Took 25 minutes for me to get one sandwich and i was the only other person there. Very annoyed.
