I was having a lot of issues with door dash today and a lady that works at subway her name is Jessie she was absolutely amazing and so helpful she definitely deserves a raise and want to talk about going above and beyond for customers she has done that and more and the problem wasn’t even subway it was DoorDash and she’s went above and beyond for me to get a refund …. THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSIE!!!!

If could choose less than 1 star definitely would they young girl hate the counter was rude , dismissive and confrontational over simple question of toasting my sandwich, I use to be a employee at subway so I understand the ins and outs but being ready to shut down almost an hour before closing telling the customer they don't know what they are talking about and then trying to give and ultimatum of be quiet or get your food thrown away is immature rude and honestly worst customer service experience I had in my 30 years of life. Will not recommend for anyone I know and definitely will go across town to the other subway to get half decent service.
