The portions are an absolute rip off. I don't go to subways often but I went today and was so appalled at the size and amount of toppings I got, for 10.49 I should've just gone to Walmart and made 3-4 baguette sandwiches with what I spent at this subway. This feels like theft.

Great service and quality food! Definitely the best subway I've been to. Every time I order through the app it's made before time, and they recognize me and hand it to me without even needing to ask! Very friendly!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location and will not be returning.
I placed an online order around 9:25 AM and selected “ASAP” pickup. I arrived shortly after, and the store was completely empty—no customers, no line, no reason for any delay.
When I told the staff I was there for a pickup order, they said it hadn’t come through their system yet. I showed them my receipt clearly confirming the order had been placed and paid for, but instead of helping, I was told they would NOT make my food until their system printed the ticket.
I tried multiple times to politely reason with them. The store was empty, I had proof of purchase in hand, and I was standing right there. There was absolutely no logical reason they couldn’t just make the sandwich. Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive responses and a complete refusal to help. One employee even doubled down and insisted I would have to sit and wait nearly 30 minutes for a sandwich—despite there being zero customers in the store.
At that point, I left without my food because I was not going to sit there and be treated that way after already paying. Now I’m stuck dealing with the hassle of disputing a charge for food I never received.
This was not just a system issue—it was a customer service failure. The staff was unprofessional, inflexible, and unnecessarily rude in a situation that could have been easily resolved. There was no attempt to accommodate, no effort to problem-solve, and no basic courtesy.
Absolutely unacceptable experience, I would not spend your money here - because you likely will pay for a service and product that you wont even receive!
Did an online order, picked it up and brought it home, they did not follow instructions. Did a tip through the app beforehand. Realized I probably tipped the owner (management) to mess up my sandwich.

I had no idea this stire location was so close to me. No expectations going in. Bathroom was incredibly clean. As was the rest of the store. I even commented to the gentleman making my fiod how nice his store looked. Sub was great . Thanks
