My order was made incorrectly, and when one of the employees pointed it out, the woman who made it simply said “oops,” then looked at me and asked, “What do you want on it?” There was no apology or effort to correct the mistake. After paying for the incorrect sandwich, I politely asked for a water cup (I can’t have soda). The same employee responded curtly that water cups weren’t free and cost $0.25.
I didn’t complain about the sandwich itself, mistakes happen and I understand that, but the lack of friendliness and courtesy left a poor impression. A little kindness goes a long way in customer service. Unfortunately, due to the attitude of the staff, I won’t be returning to this location.
