  1 Star DoorDash’s “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotion is nothing more than false advertising based on my experience. I ordered two 10-piece wing orders because the app clearly advertised “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.” Instead, I was charged full price and received only the 20 wings I paid for—there was absolutely no free order. To make matters worse, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with DoorDash customer service trying to resolve what should have been a simple issue. I was transferred multiple times, placed on hold repeatedly, and ultimately told my case was being “escalated” and that I would receive a phone call within 30 minutes. That call never came. DoorDash not only failed to honor its advertised promotion but also failed to provide even the most basic level of customer service. Advertising a deal and then refusing to honor it while wasting nearly an hour of a customer’s time is unacceptable. I’ve used DoorDash many times, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. If you’re going to advertise promotions, honor them. If you make a mistake, fix it. Instead, DoorDash chose to do neither. I will think twice before using this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone until it starts treating customers fairly.

  It was supposed to be 20 piece mild sauce and I got exactly that mildly sauced, then they had the nerve to say “leave your house” which may I add is all the way on the other side of town for a little cup of sauce that they missed off of my wife and I 20 piece chicken.
