  I was hesitant to write this review, as I generally do not seek out conflict. Prior to today, I had never experienced any issues at this UPS location. In fact, my family and I have used this location multiple times for passport style photos, including photos for my husband, our baby, and myself. My husband and I are planning a trip to Algeria to visit his family, and I need passport style photos for a visa application. For context, my family and I are Muslim, and I wear a hijab as part of my religious practice. During my visit today, the employee taking my passport photo asked me to remove my hijab. I respectfully declined. He then informed me that I needed to adjust it to expose my ears, which is a requirement I have never previously encountered when having official passport or visa photos taken. To avoid creating a confrontation, I complied with his instructions, completed the transaction, and left. While I chose not to raise the issue in the store, I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by the experience. As a result, I do not plan to return in the future ever again. For reference, the employee who took my photos and checked me out are the same. I did not get his name, but the number listed on my receipt is 145441. It might be best to do some proper workplace diversity and inclusion training for your employees to avoid this happening again moving forward.

  Excellent professional and friendly service. I needed a document copied from my email, notarized and mailed. The 2 worker extraordinaires, Josh and Casey did everything with ease. UPS is very fortunate to have these 2 dedicated, professional employees. I definitely will use UPS in the future. Thanks to both of you 😀
