    All staff are wonderful, especially Crystal Mercado. The store is always neat and organized. We try to do all of our shipping at this store.

    I went in to do a return, and the two employees were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. They even stayed a little after closing to help disassemble my dressers and pack everything back into the box for me. Their kindness, patience, and dedication did not go unnoticed. You guys truly rock! If you ever need to use a UPS Store, I highly recommend this location. Outstanding customer service from start to finish!
