  Worked with Jeremy at this store, and was very impressed with the service and professionalism. He packaged up my shipment perfectly, and went out of his way to be very helpful. Top notch.

  I had a return package I need sent off this morning. I got there just before noon. My package was already labeled and all I needed was a drop off receipt. All the agents were busy, when I walked in. But the agents were getting them handled quickly and efficiently. The next agent that was free motioned me over took care of my needs and I was out the door, in less than 5 minutes.

  If you have PTSD from an experience at the US postal service, this store is for you. Amazon asks if I want to pay $1 to take my refund to the UPS store on Campbell Lane, yes, yes, I do even though I can return it to another store for free. It's worth $1 to be treated like a human with a functioning brain. The UPS store on Campbell Lane is a gem of Bowling Green. Every person who works there is kind. I go there almost every day for my business and these people are (insert shock) wanting to be helpful. I don't dread the errand of mailing things out when I go to this store.

  Walked in, got immediate, friendly, knowledgeable service and here’s the best part: my package reached its destination, undamaged, everything intact, and on time! Woohoo! The photo I received was taken in front of the correct door! I can’t tell you how long it’s been since a shipment has been sent and received with no confusion or frustration. Ahhhhh, feels good. This will be my go-to.
