  messed up my online order and were very rude because I wanted it fixed. not a thank you or sorry we messed up your order. young rude kid. will never be back to this subway!!!!

  Horrible customer service! The young lady at the counter was extremely short and rude. She cut me off when I told her which kind of bread that I wanted and was extremely rude when explaining the coupon. I used to always go to this subway before when there was an older lady there. But now, husband and I will not be back. There is a polite way that you can talk to customers. You can make your point, but it is all in HOW you say it.
