This place SUCKS! The manager is great, but unless he is there, you better have a LOT of time on your hands.
On Saturday, 3/28 (afternoon), I was 2nd in line, then the person in front of me left, making me #1 at the counter.
Then a previous customer off to my right heralded the clerk, so she went to service him, leaving me alone. For 45 minutes! 😡
She was helping some man with a big job. I then became completely ignored. She even disappeared for 20 minutes in the back. She did not apologize for the extreme delay, and never said "sir, I'll be back." I was completely ghosted.
I have a bad back, and standing still creates significant pain for me. So I grabbed a chair and sat in it in front of the counter, obviously perturbed.
She never once addressed me the whole time. Ok now wait, only ONE person to service customers coming in?! Are you kidding me?!
I bit my tongue besides wanting to get vocal. She finally serviced me after all that time. But no apologies or sympathy for this ridiculous wait.
I asked her if she was the only employee working, and she flatly said "no." No explanation, no nothing.
I frequently use UPS on Scottsville Rd., and they are simply incredible, every time. Y'all need to model your customer service practices after them! That is a fine tuned machine! And they actually STAFF their store!
I had no choice but to use you for a return product, per the label. I dread the next time I have to do business with your store!
