  There 611 service hasn't been the greatest, or signal was horrible 2 days after we bought our phones, we had good service in our rural area for the first 48 hours The next 3 weeks and even now we haven't had hardy any internet connection at all, they told us they'd compensate us for tje time we haven't had internet, but of course they didnt. When I called customer care the representative thay we spoke to was rude and didnt lisyen.to anything we sais.to her. I'm very very disappointed.

  Very nice lady, she spoke Spanish and I was so grateful 🙏. My husband is Mexican and some times I need someone who speaks fluently! Awesome job w/this 👏 lady.
