  Placed an online order at 9AM to be picked up at 8pm.... Currently 8:18PM.... Order is not even halfway done. Gave 11 hour notice and prepaid. Can hear them complaining as I sit here. Now it's 8:42PM, order still not complete. Younger girl with blonde ponytail just keeps walking around saying I'm out of here in 20 minutes, making no effort to help the others. Completely unprofessional, completely disorganized. They are making sandwiches, all basic ingredients, not 5 course meals.

  There was 3 workers there and one was in the back doing god knows what. One of the worker’s took whole 15 to 20 minutes on one sub. I think her name is page she has purple hair. The other to workers was doing a great job. Today’s date is 11/04/2025 I was just so unsatisfied with that one girls work cause there was a line of people and she acted like she didn’t care if we got waited on or not.

  I called the store to place a call in order because the app was down and they told me I could order 2 sandwiches on the phone but the other two I would have to order when I came in what would be the point of calling it in. Then the app started working and they only got one of the four sandwiches right.
