  Employee acted like she didn't want to do her job none of the phones on display work or come on. Could even look at them or pick them up to pick out an upgrade. Didn't know what she had in stock or not. Dropped the new phone on the counter top said here ya go. No bag no receipt no phone box we had to ask for all of it. By far the worst Customer service!! IDK how of a lunch break they get on a Sunday when they are only open for 6 hours but we waited for over 40 minutes for the on lunch break sign to be removed and door unlocked. Ended up going home and called 2 hours later 3 times just to get hung up on every single time. Can honestly say this type of stuff is what makes people looking into different phone complains.
