  Walked in and the associate was lounging around on her phone, didn't know what products were on promotion. We literally had to tell her, then she question us and had to call someone and ask. These were the products being advertised in the window AND online 🤦🏽‍♀️ we actually ended up just walking out of the store because she was just didnt know what she was talking about and was frankly kind of rude.

  I am astonished at my experience with this place. I signed up for service with Cricket for my family and I, I realized my bill seemed higher than what was talked about with the manager. I went in to be greeted by a younger girl who looked into my account and told me I had some international texting added to my account. UNBELIEVABLE. I was not asked or told about this, and I didnt need it.

  What is going on with their phones? It will ring a few times and then automatically hang up the call?? The app is giving me an error saying it can't connect to the server and try again later, in the meantime I got a text message saying my auto pay did not go through and I verified the payment is there....smh...
