  All good! Erika B. was fantastic. Got a nice friendly good morning from her. Was asked if I needed any help. We even chatted a few minutes at checkout about life in general. Very pleasant young lady, only place I shop for my auto needs!

  Erika will not hold a warranty for failure of a part if it happens more than once when parts can absolutely be faulty straight out of the box she will blame your vehicle or install. She wouldn’t bench test the alternator nor has the proper equipment too on site and try’s saying something is wrong with what the customer is doing to the vehicle even though you can’t make a alternator have no output by install. Have proof of a test from tires plus and still will not Hold a warranty! I would recommend to go to a different advance auto that values the customer and warranty!

  You want customer service, go to Auto Zone! I can't comment on other Advanced Auto stores but the Bardstown location is the worst for actual customer service. I've personally been in this store twice & experienced this conduct in the last 3 months & both times there was plenty of help (3+ associates) but as a couple confused customers walked around needing assistance not one of the young workers are even remotely interested in making eye contact or coming out from behind the counter to help you. In a small town, customer service or lack there of can increase your business or it can be the kiss of death & needless to say it explains the lack of business the few times I've been in the store & I like others won't be back. Btw, all these super short positives reviews can be summed up as one thing, business fluffers.
