  Never go to this subway it’s horrible they will never pick up the phone and will always get ur order wrong no matter what you say or how many times you tell them and it’s disgusting

  I ordered my food on the app and sent my partner to get it, making sure to have put in the app it would be for pickup at 6:30 pm- I ordered at 6. Half an hour is plenty of time to have 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies ready. They hadn't even started our food by the time he got there at 6:35 and so he waited for it to be done. Okay, probably the dinner rush, no big deal. He got home with the food and immediately noticed the subs weren't even toasted. Okay, fine, we have an oven, that's not even a big deal, gives me time to wash up. He eats his sandwich, no problems, I'm about halfway through mine and the spiciness is starting to like actually burn. I didn't have anything that was spicy on my sandwich. I paid for a 12" sub and could only eat half. Okay, fine, I just want to relax, maybe I can scrape the sauce off later after the burning goes down. I'll just eat my cookie! There are no cookies. I paid 30 bucks for the whole order to be a full disaster. I just wanted a dinner I didn't have to cook after a busy day and I couldn't even get that. Worst order of food I've had all year. And yes, I am counting the diarrhea pizza in that tally. At least it tasted good!

  never answers the phone, when went inside workers said that they didnt have to help anybody. there was no cheese, no chicken or bacon. there goes half the menu options. the banana pappers werent yellow… they were brown.
