  At 9:40pm on 7/21//26 I walked into Subway in Barbourville, Ky. One car in the very dark parking lot with no lights on except the inside lights. Sitting inside to the left a young girl sitting at the first table with a laptop, a drink and a key fob. I walked to the counter, looked at all the food, looked for an employee and no one was there except the computer girl she was all I seen. I stood there looking at the food and again the appearance was not good. There’s a lot of cross contamination in this restaurant. I again turned and walked out. This could be a good place to eat if they would get adults in there and not kids that don’t care. Give them good pay, make them want to stay and have a minimum of two working to share the work load. Be responsible owners. This review falls on your management of ownership. Have fresh not prefrozen transparent tomatoes and soggy onions with spaghetti sauce spilled in them. Lettuce fresh and crisp not brown and soft. Flies on food. Food exposed not covered. These things are what I have personally seen and definitely not made up. The health inspector needs to make frequent visits to clear this mess up or shut it down. It’s a health hazard. This business went from a really good place to eat to the worse. Honest review.

  Roach crawling in plain sight told The lady working she said I’ll tell my manager and the manager said maybe it’s just a water bug.. it wasn’t a water bug!!!

  Sit in line for right at 8 mins and still have not took my order mind you I’m the only one in the line ! What on earth ? More workers need to come here cause clearly they can’t do there jobs

  Never go to this subway it’s horrible they will never pick up the phone and will always get ur order wrong no matter what you say or how many times you tell them and it’s disgusting
