  I talked to KIA on the phone this morning. I had emailed documents to be signed by my client who lives nearby. She confirmed she had received the documents and will help my client as he needs to sign these. She confirmed she would then scan them and return to me via email. I live in Texas and Kia was so friendly and helpful. KEEP HER IF YOU CAN

  So, I come in the building with no customers besides me. There were 2 employees. 1 was working on something behind the counter. The lady employee was just wondering around. I had 5 packages to be shipped. She told me I needed to use self service. Okay, so I did. Other individuals walked in and they helped them. I simply asked why. The male employee told me it was self service for a reason. I then asked them to take my packages off the table and place them behind the counter because it was 1700.00 worth. They boy behind the counter laughed and said those are Amazon nothing is 1700.00 at Amazon. The lady employee responds with your attitude they can sit there we are not getting them. So, I had to take my packages, reach over a counter and place them behind the desk. The reason I am referring to them as lady and boy is because no names were given. Asked for a manager and there were no managers there. If I could give them a worse rating I would. I was treated awful for asking a simple question. If the tables were turned I am sure they would have asked the same question. Absolutely, disrespectful employees. This is a large corporation so, I am sure nothing will be done. Just be prepared for their lack of professionalism!

  Brought package in to be sent back to AT&T. I asked the girl that took the box if I need a confirmation number where I returned the box. I was told no the get the box’s all the time. They had to wait before they get a few more before they sent it back. So surprising AT&T never recieved the box so now I have to pay the 200.00. Every day I call UPS in Ashland to check I was told someone would return my call. Never did receive a phone call after talking to three different people.
