  Unacceptable Customer Service, Discriminatory Behavior, and Total Abandonment of Counter I arrived at the store and waited 10 minutes behind just one customer. During this time, the employee took an astonishing 10 minutes to wrap up a single order. When I was finally up, the employee made eye contact with me, deliberately walked into the back, and never returned to the counter. I waited a total of 15 minutes before I was forced to leave the store without being served.This level of negligence, coupled with the fact that the employee clearly saw me waiting but chose to abandon the counter rather than serve me, felt entirely racially motivated. As a paying customer, being treated this way is deeply offensive and unacceptable. This is now the second time I have experienced this exact type of targeted neglect and refusal of service at this location. It is completely unacceptable that your employees feel comfortable looking directly at a customer and walking away to hide in the back to avoid serving them. Old employee was better
