  LET'S START WITH, I GAVE HER A CHANCE.... AND AS A BAKERY OWNER REGARDLESS OF THE BUSINESS YOU TO ON THE JOB DO IT THE RIGHT WAY OR GO HOME... NOT ONCE WAS I RUDE... I WOULD HAVE TOOK PICTURES BUT MY BOYFRIEND THRU OUT THE BAG IN THE TRASH AS WE WALKED OUT THE DOORS AND I DON'T BLAME HIM..For a employee to state.. I don't know how to make a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich...Uuuhh What, Excuse Me, ok are you a New Employee, she smiled and and went to ask for our order...I had to explain to her how to make it what to do, she got lucky i bite my tongue and kept my mouth shut, She had Hikkys all over her neck No Hair Net, didn't know how to ring us up, im Not going to give them any stars the customer service was horrible the attitude them another girl comes from the back, she asks are you guys together did you guys order already.... Clearly my and my boyfriend came in together she had s huge head of messy hair No hair net rude, rolled her eyes and walked away, I let them take the order and finish to see how it would turn out.... Now for 2-6 inch Sandwichs a cookie & drink.. 2 meals pretty much...$27.59 are you kidding me right now.... ido hope o get a chance to talk to someone more responsible and professional about there job, SO DISAPPOINTED....

  My husband and I eat (until today) at least monthly. This was the second time in 2 wks this month. Both times were the same. I order online we wait til the app says it's ready we go to the drive through. After about 10 min we are acknowledged the employee comes the window we tell her we had an online order BOTH times we were told it wasn't ready and it will be an additional 15 to 20 min. The first time was because they had a lot of call ins the second time was because they had been busy. What's the point in ordering and paying online if you have to wait 30 to 40 min for a basic ham sandwich?

  This is the 2nd time I have placed an online order and they have messed it up. I get the protein bowl and both times requested extra spinach and black olives. I get like 3-5 leaves of spinach and no black olives! Very frustrating

  Unfortunately had bad experience here tonight. Came in and wanted a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Was told that they were unable to make that. When asked why, it was because said they didn’t want to do any more dishes. So wasn’t able to get that. Seems like that is not an acceptable reason to not be able to make the sandwich. To top it all off while waiting. I noticed a bunch of dead bugs all around the windowsills of the lobby. So that’s appetizing. Not happy at all with this experience.

  Seriously dried out, hard, crumbly bread..... couldn't even eat my lunch. How did these even leave their store like this??? They seem as if the bread was left out overnight. Not happy!!!
