  Placed an order online on the app & said it was ready for pickup, just for them to say when I got there that it didn’t come through on their end and they weren’t willing to make anything right, had all the transaction details as well for them. Horrible customer service & clearly management is incompetent as ever. “The customer is always right” ever heard that phrase? That’s how you save a customer but you lost out on one.

  I was visiting town and they closed about 30 minutes early on 5/1/26. I'm not sure why they closed early but it was an inconvenience.

  My wife and I went in the Subway sandwich shop on Pike rd Winfield Ks. We weren't familiar with the menu and when we started asking questions, it really irritated the girl who was suppose to be helping us with our order. The first problem was she was wearing a face mask and you could hardly understand her. That really upset her when we had to ask her to repeat things. We were the only two customers in there! The final kicker was she didn't put any mayo mustard oil salt or pepper on the sandwiches and we didn't realize it until we got home. 🙃 we spent $50 on sandwiches that weren't fit to eat! The Italian bread was so hard it had to be 2 or 3 days old. The black guy working the register was polite and nice. This happened on Thursday afternoon April 30th. I'll NEVER go back!!
