  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I came to this Wingstop today expecting a normal experience, but the customer service was honestly shocking. One of the employees (girl with curly red hair) was very rude, had an attitude, and made my fiancé and I feel VERY uncomfortable just for being there. There was no reason for it at all — we were polite and just trying pick up our food. The food might be good, but the way customers are treated here needs SERIOUS improvement. It’s frustrating because customer service is such a basic expectation. Management really needs to address this.

  Ordered here with UberEats and was extremely disappointed when I found out what I saw and came out of the delivery bag. -I was missing my 10pc boneless wings -No dipping sauces -Old wings were given to me -Cold soggy fries -Extremely watered down drinks while it’s warm I had to wait nearly an hour and half just to receive my food like this. Seriously, if more care or some decency was put into the food. I bet this place could turn around. Please management, put more focus on standards and your team!

  Would give six stars on service if I could! Ordered takeout, and went inside to pick it up. I am on a knee scooter with a hard cast on my lower leg due to injury. Staff got me my drink, got my food loaded in the car, and offered to help me get in the vehicle safely. Above and beyond...and the food is pretty good too!
