  Fast and efficient, friendly employees. I mostly come here to drop off amazon returns and to ship personal packages. I use pirateship for shipping personal items as it is a lot cheaper than the counter rates at UPS or USPS.

  Used their website to get an estimate of how much package was going to be, around $50. Get to the store and they inform me that it is going to be $120. Said the website is corporate and they are franchise. Seems to me to be FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. FOLLOW UP: I did have the correct dimensions of the package. I asked for the slowest, cheapest method, which I assumed would be the 3-5 business day, they quote me what appears to UPS 3 Day Select, shipped on a Wednesday and arrived on a Friday. I even asked if we could not have it delivered till the following week. Was told this was the only way. So, the store calls it regular ground, but, in reality, it is fastest ground, which is WAY MORE EXPENSIVE. I will NEVER use UPS again for anything.

  Had a package to ship with no label. Service was very fast and they were extremely helpful.

  Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I ONLY use them when I absolutely have to. I MUCH prefer the USPS. They can never get the spelling right on names, even when they are written out very clearly for them. Then act put out when you ask them to fix things. They all act like they hate being there, and they are not friendly at all. I won’t be back. I will just stick with USPS from now on.
