  6-6-26 I received an email stating my package arrived at this store. I tried calling this store to see if I could pick the package up tomorrow instead of today. Over the course of 4 hours, I called 4 or 5 times, making sure there was plenty of time between each call. I left a voice message on the machine. I never got a call back. Upon arriving at the store, I sat in the parking lot and called one more time. I watch the employee not move an inch and just stay on his own personal cell phone, ignoring the incoming call on the work phone. There were no customers in the store. When I went in, you could hear the voicemail beeping with messages. I picked up my package, asked if something was wrong with the phone, he said not really. I explained I had called multiple times and he tried talking over me. His excuse was "it's the luck of the draw and we can't always answer". No. He just didn't want to answer. I am livid. People are desperate for jobs in today's world and yet this guy is just sitting on his personal cell phone refusing to do his own job. Deplorable. I hope UPS takes this seriously because this is ridiculous.

  This is my favorite UPS store in Wichita! I go there at least once a week and will drive out of my way to go to this store in particular. Parking is easy. The employees are friendly and efficient and I rarely have to wait for service. When there is a line I can simply drop my pre-labeled packages on the shelf and head out. Plus they have a basket candy on the counter and it always smells good inside.

  I get there is a party outside but people were bringing beer in here......also there was a kid working there nice enough to help me...broke my box by accident and then wouldn't the manager tried to charge me for a new box ....no thanks management here is bad.... probably shouldn't allow beer inside and if you break something from a customer then replace it....
