I ordered in the drive thru just to get ignored by the staff. There was another car ahead of me who got their food within a few minutes, but I couldn’t have even been greeted. Ended up leaving bc I’m not paying to be ignored.

I mobile order my food, got the cookie box, get to the restaurant 30 minutes after I order, and the person there explained they only had 2 of my options, fair enough, I substitute them. I mention the family will be bummed out and this guy says "well next time call ahead." BRO! He wouldn't look me in the eyes! What do you think a mobile order is??? 30 minutes in advance???? Just do your job.. 🖐😭
