We have been here many times before the new updates on this particular outlet. It was one of the best. But now with the new updates, and must have included management and employees, I would highly recommend to just stay away from this particular Subway.
This was our 2nd time coming here after the remodel. The first time, we just considered it was one of their bad days and everything was "out" by 6pm, during the height of their dinner time. So, we couldn't get what we wanted to order and adjusted our order accordingly to what they did have in breads, meats, cheeses, etc.
The 2nd time was much worse! it was just 7pm and they didn't have nothing! I mean NOTHING! My avocado steak sandwich was just a steak sandwich when we were halfway making my sandwich on the last of their cheese bread available, when there was no avocado left to put on the sandwich! My husband did a flat bread because that was all that was left to make a sandwich with. To boot, when we were standing in line, they had at least 3 Uber Eats/Door dash folks that they had to turn away because they never made the orders much less told these drivers there wasn't anything to pick up. Then 2 more folks, who ordered online to find out that they didn't have their orders made too!?! Thus, making folks WASTE THEIR TIME AND GAS!
Last, their bathrooms were locked and you had to wait in a long line, only to find out that you had to ask for a key just to wash your hands! Lord, forbid if I actually had to use the restroom, I would have pissed in my pants!
So, since the changes, their management and service has seriously gone downhill. I know I am not the only one to have encountered this since noting a while back ago, that there have been complaints on this establishment on Next Door App. Its time to change management and get better employees who give a hoot on providing service!
Again, go at your own risk. They will have run out of things by late lunch, and the dining areas will still remain uncleaned and un-serviced.
