  Waited in drive through for 25 minutes nobody in the store at all this is worst subway in town ive been there 3 or 4 times two at 5 or 6 o'clock and they were out of bread so they couldn't make sandwiches worst employees all behind counter on there phones

  This was supposed to be a Spicy Italian foot long on Herbs and Cheese bread toasted. Wjat I received was a White Bread with ehat looked like oats and not toasted or even room temp. Instead I received the sandwich pictured colder than every subway employee's shoulder after the truth came out about "Jared" Do better...

  8/25/26 at 12: 47 pm whoever is working today is very rude with no patients and needs to learn customer service we were the only ones in the drive through lane there wasn't alot of people inside the store everyone already had there food and sitting down i đô not appreciate the way I was talked to & this wasnt on the customer today so we canceled our order and left the drive through.

  Every time I go to the location on Webb Rd in Wichita KS. there is an issue. Today I placed an online order and went to pick it up. As she is handing me my footlong she says “we don’t have any white bread so I made it on wheat, is that ok? “ I said I ordered white and don’t like wheat. She says ok as she is pulling the sandwich back through the window and said ok I will cancel your order and closes the window quickly. I felt she was very rude and I don’t have my sandwich🥲. And to make things worse they didn’t cancel the order so I still got charged for the sandwich. When I called the location they said they were too busy during the lunch rush and I would have to call back when they weren’t busy and they would try to refund my money but they had no idea when I would receive it. Geez!!😡

  I have never written a review but I’ve been very unimpressed with this subway. Every time we go through the drive through they take at least 15-20 minutes to take our order, and we still are missing toppings or items. Which is weird because we literally tell them the toppings one at a time. My experience tonight though was placing a take out order and getting there 10 minutes after the recommended 25 minute wait, Just for my order to not even have been made because they, “ don’t have the bread I ordered”. How do you not have Italian bread it’s a subway? I then spend another 10 minutes in the drive through writing my review then finally get my food, and what do I see? Kids not in uniform messing around behind the counter. Like I get it, we were all kids at one point and like to have a little fun, but when this is every night, and at the cost of the ONLY current paying customer in the drive through. There are zero priorities here. I hate to be that guy but if you want FAST FOOD, do not go here. Or if you do go here, put your topping on a paper list and hand it to them because then you might actually get the toppings.
