  I made a order online today 8/14/26 and the sandwiches were totally wrong and nasty look like a bunch of slop I made a mistake and called and they told me they will switch my order still gave me the same order nothing was changed. I will never go back to this subway if they were the only spot open totally disgusting and disappointing.

  I first walked in because I had an issue with a promo, the guy at the register immediately shut me down, talking about they don’t handle anything of the sort in store … okay … I asked for guidance on how to get my order in with the promo he rolled his eyes and told me the promo, I walked off to put in my order only to find out that my order was wrong. Went right back inside.. first, bad customer service, 2 promo wrong & 3 order was wrong i asked to speak to a lead and the girl up front said “she doesn’t want to speak with me because she’s not clocked in “ Never again!
