While making my sandwich she rings a order in at 450 doesn't wash hands or changes gloves then she pulls her sleeves up using her gloves she then she sneezes doesn't wash her hands and then I had to ask her to change her gloves she sticks new ones on with out hand washing

The app doesn't even find this subway. The workers wouldn't help me use a coupon from the ap due to the scanner not working. Subway food tastes all the same. But the workers sometimes don't want to be there or help. Only some most of the time I have some really great costumer service.

My online order was prepared in a timely manner, and I was excited to grab my food and enjoy a nice lunch. Unfortunately, as I was leaving, my foot kicked a massive cockroach on the floor. After looking around more, I noticed the entire store did not appear to be very well kept. I couldn’t shake the gross feeling of wondering where else those bugs could be… Very disappointing experience.

This store just have nasty looking people that digs in there nose and pick the food but I went in to get a sandwich I wanted pacific bread they refuse to give it and the corporate number then I seen a roach crawl along the counter then going to say u still want ur sandwich no u eat it. There very rude and I just said let me try them one more time no greeting the one on Harry u had to finish there conversation in ordered to get waited on just cause you the manager doesn’t mean u can hold up people time

Stopped in around 12:30 for lunch and the atmosphere felt a little awkward. When we walked in, neither employee greeted us and we were just stared at for a moment before one walked away and the other started washing her hands. After a bit she finally said she’d be with us shortly. It almost felt like they were surprised customers were coming in. A quick “hello” would have gone a long way.
