  Ordered on line and when I received my meal the bread was so dry it was tough to eat and I asked for oil and vinegar and extra mayo and there was barely anything condiments on it whatsoever. Subway is known for fresh products daily and this was not it. I had an order from the andover store and that was a delicious sandwich!! Do better please

  I ordered a sandwich and requested all veggies to be on it , the sandwich wasn’t for me but for my mom at WORK so she texted me and told me the sandwich has no veggies on it , an hour later I return in the drive thru and try to speak to the manager (white/cacasian female with nose piercing) and she proceeds to ask me if the male took my order I said yes and she proceeds to ask him if he put the veggies on he said yes which clearly wasn’t true because I have PICTURES and no receipt because Agassi the person who took my order didn’t give me one . due to the rude manager I just decided to buy ANOTHER sandwich with the veggies and call corporate instead. You guys have horrible customer service . Plain rude .
